W Company has started the new year with an advertising campaign geared at recruiting new adults to the Army Cadet Force.
We need enthusiastic and motivated adults to deliver safe and challenging training to our cadets. No prior military experience is necessary as thorough training will be given. New adults need to be aged between 19 - 50 years and undertake selection and induction training. They will also be subject to an Enhanced CRB Disclosure.
In addition to the satisfaction of seeing our youngsters flourish all our uniformed adults are entitled to up to 28-days pay annually and the reimbursement of certain out of pocket expenses. Working with cadets also gives plenty of opportunity to develop personal and professional skills.
