STOP PRESS: The ACFA First Aid Panel has just completed a new syllabus, which summarises first aid requirements from APC Basic to 4-Star level.

All Heartstart course results are to be recorded on this form and forwarded to the CFATO.

Heartstart does not need to be pre-registered. It can be trained and assessed by anyone holding the Activity First Aid qualification or higher. Course materials are available from the CFATO on request.

All Youth First Aid course results are to be entered onto form E7557 and forwarded to the CFATO. The CFATO will then arrange for certificates to be issued.
